'Bring A.R. Back!' Says Montrell. It Could Be A New Gator Chant.

Montrell Johnson Jr. said in a Gator football presser what many Gator fans have been thinking: about Anthony Richardson. "Bring him back!"

It looks like this is going to be a hot topic for a while. Richardson is projected as a No. 1 pick, perhaps the third of fourth quarterback chosen. And he certainly didn't hurt his value on Saturday.

While we won't know about A.R.'s decision to declare for the NFL for a while, his sparkling performance in the 41-24 win at Texas A&M, with two touchdowns running and two passing, certainly caught the eyes of scouts. Especially his 60-yard scoring run.

Montrell's quote: "I've just seen him approach practice with more confidence. He's very -- how can I say this? He's more, like, shaking to the program, if you know what I mean. He's gotten more comfortable in the program since he's played a couple of games. He knows the offense a little bit better. And you can see him growing throughout games. And he's going to be great. We need him back another year."
